Article 1 - Scope

These Terms apply to all sales by Pompes Haute Pression SA to professional customers.

Article 2 - Quotes and orders

Free quotes valid 30 days. Orders final after written purchase order and deposit.

Article 3 - Prices and payment

Prices in euros net, EXW Incoterms 2020. Payment 30 days end of month (standard) or 30% on order (custom).

Article 4 - Warranty

Article 5 - Liability

Limited to order amount. Excludes indirect damages.

Article 6 - Applicable law

French law. Exclusive jurisdiction of Toulouse Commercial Court.
